Ms.M.Lalitha, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondents. By consent of the parties, the main writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
2. Heard both sides.

The petitioner seeks for mandamus directing the third and fourth respondents to consider his representation dated 24.11.2017, wherein and whereby he sought for transferring Patta in his favour in respect of the property situated in Survey No.30/2A1, Malayanur Checkkadi Village, Thandarampattu Taluk, Tiruvannamalai District and to measure and erect milestones.
4. The grievance of the petitioner before this Court is that the said representation has not been considered so far. This Court, at this stage, is not expressing any view on the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, as it is for the third & fourth respondents to consider and decide the same on merits and in accordance with law. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of, only by directing the third and fourth respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 24.11.2017 and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law, after hearing all the parties concerned. Such exercise shall be done by the third and fourth respondents within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
