This Writ Miscellaneous Petition is filed to delete the names of Respondent Nos.4, 5 and 12 from the Cause Title of the Writ Petition or in the alternative to permit the petitioners to withdraw the Writ Petition in respect of Respondent Nos.4, 5 and 12.

2. Mr.N.Subramaniyan, learned counsel for the petitioners, submits that on account of want of Service on Respondent No.4, namely, Mr.P.Manisekaran; Respondent No.5, namely, Mr.S.Alagesan; and Respondent No.12, namely, Mr.P.Muthupetchi, their names may be deleted from the array of Respondents in the Writ Petition.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel as above, the names of Respondent No.4, namely, Mr.P.Manisekaran; Respondent No.5, namely, Mr.S.Alagesan; and Respondent No.12, namely, Mr.P.Muthupetchi, are deleted from the array of Respondents in the Writ Petition, at the risk of the petitioners, as prayed.

4. Registry is directed to amend the Cause Title accordingly.
