JUDGMENT

The learned counsel for the plaintiff seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the suit and he has also made an endorsement to that effect, which is as follows:- "The plaintiff may be permitted to withdraw this suit C.S.No.657 of 2015 on the file of this Court and permitted to refund the half of the Court fee paid"

2. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the plaintiff and the endorsement so made, this suit is dismissed as not pressed. Registry is directed to refund half of the Court fee to the plaintiff.
