ORDER
When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that in this case, with regard to the property in question, viz., TVS RAIDER 125 DISC BSVI, bearing Registration No.TN-19-AT5596, the competent authority initiated the confiscation proceedings and notice has been issued to the petitioner by its proceedings No.e/f/vz;/06-J/fh/f-k/t/m/gp-thfdk; gwpKjy;-br';if-2023 dated 07.02.2023 and now, it is pending.
2. Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this criminal revision case is closed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the competent authority and get appropriate remedy in the manner known to law.
