This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the third respondent to register the complaint of the petitioner dated 08.08.2015.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. On a reading of the complaint, it appears that the petitioner has borrowed some money from the opposite party and that he is ready and willing to pay Rs.9,00,000/- to the opposite party within twelve months. But, the opposite party is demanding the money immediately and threatening to commit suicide in the house of the petitioner. Since the complaint does not disclose commission of cognizable offence, no positive direction can be given. However, Police is https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

directed to call both the parties and advise them to act in accordance with law.

4. In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
