The petitioner is the husband and the respondent is the wife. The petitioner filed H.M.O.P.No.10 of 2012 for divorce on the file of the Sub-Court, Chidambaram. This Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed seeking to transfer the said H.M.O.P.No.10 of 2012 from Sub-Court, Chidambaram to the Sub-Court, Neyveli.

2. The respondent/wife has filed Tr.CMP.No.310 of 2012, wherein, she sought transfer of H.M.O.P.No.10 of 2012 filed by the petitioner from the Sub-Court, Chidambaram to Sub-Court, Villupuram. The said petition was allowed today i.e, 20.08.2015.
