ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the Respondent Police to conduct the investigation and file a final report in the case in Crime No.04 of 2021.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that, investigation in the case in Crime No.04 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police was completed and final report is also filed as "Mistake of Fact". RCS Notice was also served on the petitioner.

3. In view of the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) that final report was filed as "Mistake of Fact", there is no need to pass any orders in this petition.
