This petition is filed to condone the delay of 402 days in filing the appeal against the order dated 06.10.2023 passed in M.C.O.P.No.188 of 2019 on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Addl. District Court (FTC), Vellore.

2. Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this condone delay petition, the delay of 402 days is condoned and this petition stands allowed.

3. Registry is directed to number the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal, if the papers are otherwise in order and post the same in regular course.
