This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to quash the FIR in Crime No.1098 of 2018, on the file of the first respondent police.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the first respondent police completed the investigation and filed the final report and the same was taken cognizance in CC.No.1423 of 2019 and ended in acquittal by judgement dated 27.09.2019 on the file of the Metropolitan Magistrate-14, Egmore, Chennai. Therefore, the prayer sought for in this petition is Infructuous.
