The present application is filed for accepting the cause-title.

The original petitioner M.Balaraman died during the pendency of the writ petition. One of the sons of M.Balaraman, namely, B.Chandran also died prior to the order. Legal representatives of M.Balaraman and B.Chandran are sought to be brought on record.

For the purpose of prosecuting the condonation of delay application and appeal, cause-title be accepted. The application is allowed.
