Respondent in all cases Prayer in all cases: Petitions have been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking writ of certiorarified mandamus to call for the records of the respondent in their circular vide Ref.No.E7/2014/26096-1 dated 15.12.2014 and quash the same insofar as it excludes the petitioner who was appointed under the UGC XI Plan from the Christmas vacation announced for the academic year 2014-15 between 23.12.2014 to 01.01.2015 and consequently direct that the petitioner is eligible for all benefits including vacation holidays on par with other teaching faculty members working in the respondent University.
