This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 102 days in filing the written statement of 1st defendant and adoption memo of the 3rd defendant adopting the written statement of 1st defendant in C.S.No.261 of 2019.

3. Written statement of the first and fourth defendants and adoption memo of the third defendant are taken on record.
