Respondents Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a writ of mandamus directing the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated on 08.05.2020 (to form a committee to complete the proper renovation work of Arulmigu Subaramaniya Temple Kandhankudi Nannilam and to conduct the Kumbha Abhishekam) and pass such order or any other order deem fit.

ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) The petitioner made a representation on 08.05.2020 to the third respondent seeking appropriate action in forming the Committee to complete the proper renovation work of Arulmigu Subaramaniya Temple Kandhankudi Nannilam and to conduct the Kumbhabhishekam. As no action has been taken, the present writ petition has been filed.

2. We do not wish to go into the merits of the case except by directing the third respondent to look into the same and take appropriate action in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. With the above direction, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
