O R D E R

The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus to direct the fourth respondent to clear the discrepancies in the petitioner's salary and consequently, refix his pension based on his representation dated 19.01.2024. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner retired from service as Chief Accountant on 31.05.2007. Thereafter, he came to know that there have been certain discrepancies in his salary during his service and that his junior was receiving more salary than him and hence, the petitioner made representation to the respondents seeking to clear the discrepancies in his salary and to refix his pension, however, there is no response. 3.The learned Special Government Pleader submitted that pursuant to the representation made by the petitioner, the fourth respondent sent communication dated 21.02.2024 seeking for relevant 2/4

particulars with regard to fixation of his pay while he was in service since the relevant documents are not available with the respondents, however, the petitioner has not yet produced the same. Hence, this Court may issue direction to the petitioner to produce the relevant particulars sought for by the fourth respondent vide communication dated 21.02.2024 and further submitted upon production of the said particulars by the petitioner, the same will be considered and appropriate orders will be passed.

4.In view of the above, this Court directs the petitioner to produce the necessary particulars sought for by the fourth respondent vide communication dated 21.02.2024, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Upon receipt of the same, the fourth respondent is directed to consider the same and pass appropriate orders, within a period of six weeks thereafter. 5.The writ petition is disposed of.
