ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest for the alleged offence under Sections 294(b) and 506(ii) of IPC in Crime No.Not known of 2022, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr. A.Sakthivel, learned counsel representing the defacto complainant states that, pursuant to the direction made by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Hosur for the petition under section 156(3) of Cr.PC., the complaint is to be registered by the respondent police for the offence under section 405, 420 and 506(1) of IPC against the petitioner.
