unconditionally as illegal and to relieve the petitioner from all liabilities that may arise from the above execution of bond service.

ORDER

The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has availed the benefit of the revised circular issued by ESI Corporation on 28.07.2020 and the clarification Memorandum dated 06.08.2020 and therefore, the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw this writ petition.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, M/s.Poonam Chopra, learned counsel for 1st respondent, Mr.K.Prabakar, learned Standing counsel appearing on behalf of the ESI Corporation; Mr.G.Sankaran, learned counsel appearing on behalf of 4th respondent ; Mr.Abdul Saleem, learned counsel appearing for 5th respondent and Mr.V.P.Raman, learned counsel for 6th respondent.

Taking into consideration the subsequent development and also of the fact that the petitioner is availing of the subsequent clarification issued by the ESI Corporation, this writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn.
