The learned counsel for the petitioner has filed the above CMP.No.10144 of 2023 to grant leave to prefer the C.M.A.SR.No.47917 of 2023 against the impugned order of interim attachment dated 28.11.2022 passed by the Sole Arbitrator, Chennai in I.A.No.659 of 2022.

2. In view of the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the leave is granted to file the above Civil Miscellaneous Appeal. Therefore, this petition is accordingly allowed.
