Prayer :- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for records pertaining to the impugned order dated 14.03.2025 vide Order No. 2521/24-25/RS2/HSR in Form GST MOV-09 dated 14.03.2025 passed by the Respondent No. 3 and to quash the same as illegal and consequently direct the Respondent No. 3 and 4 to forthwith release the conveyance and the goods belonging to the petitioner and thus render justice.
