..Respondents Original petition praying that this Hon'ble Court be pleased that a Succession Certificate may be granted to the petitioner with the power to collect the debts and to receive the interest specified in teh Schedule hterto. This Original Petition coming on this day before this Court for hearing, the Court made the followings order:- The petitioner, who was the wife of the deceased S.Sundaram, who died intestate on 27.12.2016 has come forward with this application seeking grant of succession certificate in respect of the securities mentioned in the schedule to the petition.

2. The respondents are the children of the deceased S.Sundaram. The petitioner has been examined as P.W.1, she has produced the death certificate of S.Sundaram as Ex.P3 and the legal heirship certificate as Ex.P4. A perusal of the legal heirship certificate shows that the petitioner and the respondents are the legal heirs of the deceased S.Sundaram. All the respondents have filed the consent affidavits expressing their consent for grant of succession certificate in favour of the petitioner. The said consent affidavits have been marked as Exs.P5 to P11. A paper

publication has also been effected in one Tamil daily on 14.09.2018 and no objections have been received.

3. In view of the above, this original petition is allowed granting succession certificate in favour of the petitioner in respect of the securities mentioned in the schedule to the petition.
