O R D E R

J.NISHA BANU,J., AND M.JOTHIRAMAN ,J., This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 383 days in filing the appeal suit.

2. Though learned counsel for the respondent has raised serious objections in condoning the delay, being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this Court is of the 1/2 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

C.M.P.No.7281 of 2025 view that the delay may be condoned on payment of costs, and the matter may be argued on merits.

4. Accordingly, this petition is ordered and the delay is condoned on payment of costs of Rs.2,000/- (Rupees Two Thousand only) by the petitioner to the Tamil Nadu State Legal Services Authority, Chennai, on or before 18.06.2025.

5. On payment of costs, the Registry is directed to number the appeal and post it "for admission" on 20.06.2025, if the same is otherwise in order.
