ORDER

This petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.07 of 2025 dated 13.01.2025 on the file of the first respondent under Section 9(B)(1)(b) of the Indian Explosives Act, 1884 and Section 288 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS), 2023, as against the petitioner. 1/3

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the first respondent would submit that the first respondent police had completed the investigation in Crime No.07 of 2025 and a final report was also filed on 27.03.2025 before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Hosur.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), the prayer sought in this petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
