Mr.K.Chandrasekaran ****** O R D E R This Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking for a direction to the learned Sub-Judge, Vellore to dispose of H.M.O.P.No.44 of 2016 within a reasonable time stipulated by this Court.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this H.M.O.P is pending from the year 2016 and not even a single witness has been examined so far.
3. Considering the fact that this case comes under the category of five-year old cases and also the request made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court directs the learned Sub-Judge, Vellore to dispose H.M.O.P.No.44 of 2016 as early as possible, preferably within a period of three(03) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
4. This Civil Revision Petition is Ordered accordingly. No costs.
