When the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the complaint given by the defacto complainant was assigned CSR No.192 of 2022 and petition enquiry is pending. It is further submitted that enquiry is pending before Esplanade police station, Chennai, not before flower bazaar police station.

2.In view of the above submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this Court directs the respondent to complete the enquiry, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and the petitioner shall cooperate with the enquiry before Esplanade police station, Chennai, without any deviation.

3.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
