ORDER

The wife has come before this Court seeking to transfer G.W.O.P.No.23 of 2014 filed by the respondent/husband, from the file of the District and Sessions Judge No.II, Kancheepuramden to the file of Family Court, Erode on the ground that the petitioner along with her children are residing in Erode.

When the matter is called today, the learned counsel appearing for the respondent filed a memo stating that M.C.No.122 of 2014 filed by the petitioner is pending before the Family Court, Erode. The learned counsel for the respondent has got no objection to transfer G.W.O.P.No.23 of 2014 to the file of Family Court, Erode. 3.

In view of that, G.W.O.P.No.23 of 2014 pending on the file of the District and Session Judge No.II, Kancheepuram is withdrawn and transferred to the file of Family Court, Erode, where M.C.No.122 of 2014 is pending for joint trial. The transfer petition is ordered. No costs. Consequently the connected M.P.No.1 of 2014 is closed.
