Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition clause (3) that the petitioner should report before the investigating officer on every Monday and Thursday at 10.30 a.m until further orders. imposed by this Hon`ble court in the relaxation order dated 06.04.2022 made in Crl.M.P.No.4596 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.4038 of 2022.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.D.RAGHU, Advocate for the petitioner, and of MR.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.No.4596 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.4038 of 2022 dated 06.04.2022. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submits that the petitioner is regularly complying the condition.

3. Recording the same, the petition for relaxation is allowed with the condition to report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
