(CRIME NO.621/2021) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the conditions made in Crl.OP.No.1499 of 2022 dated 25/01/2022 (i.e) the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Tuesday at 10.30 a.m until further orders.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S M.R.KUYILAN Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.V.J.PRIYADARSANA, Govt. Advocate(Crl. Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.1499 of 2022 on 25.01.2022.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed.
