This contempt petition is filed alleging non compliance of the order passed by the Division Bench on 13.12.2022 in W.P.No.33402 of 2022. 1/2

2. Today, when the contempt petition was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the Respondent has submitted that unauthorised construction and encroachment were removed on 03.07.2023 in the presence of the Petitioner and Encroacher. A Compliance Affidavit dated 11.07.2023 has been filed to that effect.

3. Recording the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Respondent and in view of the Compliance Report dated 11.07.2023, this Contempt Petition is closed. However, it is made clear that if the Petitioner has got any grievance, it is open to him to agitate the same in accordance with law.
