2. Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record.

The reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition are not satisfactory and hence this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to produce the original order dated 16.08.2019 in Crl.M.P.No.2072 of 2019 passed by the learned XVII Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, Chennai.

4. Upon such production, the Registry is directed to number the Criminal Original Petition, if it is otherwise in order.
