This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent herein to complete the investigation and file a final report.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that though the respondent has registered a case in Crime No.245 of 2022 on 14.02.2022, no final report is filed till date.

3. Mr.N.Muthuvel, learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that the respondent police may be permitted to file a final report within a period of two months.

5. In view of the above, the respondent police is directed to file a final report within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order under due intimation to the defacto complainant.
