The matter is listed today under the caption 'for being mentioned' at the instance of the learned counsel for the applicant.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the applicant would submit that though the matter has been settled, it appears that in the last paragraph of the order dated 18.04.2023, there was an error crept instead of allowed it has been stated as closed.

3. In view of the above submissions, this Court consider that the matter has been settled amicably among the parties. Hence, para No.4 has to be modified as follows:

"Therefore, the attachment order of this Court, dated 06.06.2016, made in Application No.1131 of 2016, attaching the immovable property morefully described in the schedule to the Judges Summons has to be raised also. Accordingly, the attachment is raised and consequently, this application is allowed as prayed for".

4. Registry is directed to carry out necessary correction in para No.4 of the order dated 18.04.2023 and issue fresh order copy on 27.07.2023. Registry is also directed to send a copy of this order to the concerned Sub Registrar Office.
