JAYACHANDRAN CRIMINAL MISCELLANEOUS PETITION No.6038 of 2022 IN CRL OP.864/2022 K.SUNDARRAJAN @ SUNDARARAJAN [ PETITIONER/ACCUSED ] Vs THE STATE REP BY [ RESPONDENT ] THE INSPECTOR OF POLICE, T-7 TANK FACTORY POLICE STATION, AVADI, CHENNAI CRIME NO.415/2021 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to Relax the condition imposed on the petitoner by its order dated 19.01.2022 made in Crl.O.P.864 of 2022 viz, "the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders" is concerned and thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of S.SATHISH RAJAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.864 of 2022 dated 19.01.2022.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submits that the petitioner is regularly complying the condition.

3. Recording the same, the petition for relaxation is allowed with the condition to report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
