ORDER

This application has been filed to pass an order to permit the defendant to file the below mentioned documents namely Minutes of Meeting between plaintiffs and defendant's father dated 16.03.2013 and the copy of canara bank cheque issued by defendant's father to Sunrock company represented by the plaintiffs and also acknowledgement of receiving Rs.25 lakhs by the 2nd plaintiff dated 14.05.2013. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the applicant who submits that the case is at the stage of chief examination of DW1 and the marking of these two documents by the defendants which are essential to prove the defendant's side evidence, would not cause any prejudice to the plaintiffs. Though the copies of the application have been received by the learned counsel for the respondent(s), there is no appearance on behalf of them.

3.Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this application, this application is allowed.
