Respondents PRAYER : Petition filed Under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to pass orders on the proposal sent by the second respondent to the first respondent for declaring the probation of the petitioner in the light of the representation made by him dated 15.06.2016 within a reasonable time.

O R D E R

The relief sought for in this writ petition is for a direction, to direct the second respondent to pass orders on the proposals sent by the second respondent to the first respondent in respect of the declaration of probation of the petitioner.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner made a submission that the writ petitioner was appointed in the post of Typist on compassionate grounds. However, his probation is not declared and the writ petitioner is unable to get his service https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

benefits in this regard. The second respondent has send a proposal based on that an order of regularization was also passed in relation to the declaration of probation. The writ petitioner made a representation dated 15.06.2016.

3. Without going into the merits of the case, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation submitted by the writ petitioner dated 15.06.2016, and pass orders on merits in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
