Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to extend the time granted in Crl.O.P No.5565/2022 vide order dated 10.03.2022.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. M.SATHISH KUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. V.J.PRIYADARSANA, Govt. Advocate(Crl. Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This application has been filed to extend the time granted to the petitioner on 10.03.2022 in Crl.O.P.No.5565 of 2022 to deposit a sum of Rs.20,000/- to the credit of crime No.78 of 2022.

3. Time already granted by this Court in Crl.OP.No.5565 of 2022 dated 10.03.2022 is extended till 17.06.2022, failing which, the anticipatory bail shall stands automatically cancelled. No further extension will be granted.
