ORDER

(DELIVERED BY DR. S.VIMALA, J.) This petition has been filed by the father of the detenue seeking production of his daughter Snekha before this Court.

2. It is submitted by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that originally, a case has been registered in Crime No.188 of 2018 at Nemili Police Station and thereafter, the police was able to trace out the victim girl and after recording the statement of the victim girl, the custody has been entrusted to the father/petitioner herein.
