This petition has been filed seeking to relax the condition as imposed in the order dated 02.03.2023 in Crl.O.P.No.4718 of 2023 that the petitioner should report before the Trial Court on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., and also before the respondent police on everyday Tuesday and Sunday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner in the order dated 02.03.2023 is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the concerned Trial Court on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
