PRAYER: Civil Revision Petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India praying to issue direction directing the Chief Judicial Magistrate Court(Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal), Cuddalore to number the E.A.S.R.No.7 of 2019 dated 02.04.2019 filed in E.P.No.40 of 2018 in M.C.O.P.No.242 of 2012 in unnumbered E.A. On the file of the Chief Judicial Magistrate Court (Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal) Cuddalore instead of returning the Petition on 02.04.2019.

The above Civil Revision Petition is filed challenging the order of return dated 02.04.2019 made by the District Chief Judicial Magistrate Court (Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal, Cuddalore) in E.A.S.R.No.7 of 2019 in E.P.No.40 of 2018. It is seen that the

P.T.ASHA, J., mrn learned Judge has made a following in the return order: " How this application applicable without making full payment time for 10 days"

Without complying with the order of return, the petitioner has directly filed the above C.R.P. under Article 227 of the Constitution of India. The petitioner is directed to reply to the said papers after complying or clarifying the return made by the learned Judge. All the revision petitioner papers are returned to the learned counsel for the petitioner today and he has made endorsement to that effect. He is directed to represent the papers and the time granted by the Court below is further extended by ten (10) days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
