This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to register a case on the complaint of the petitioner dated 16.07.2015 addressed to the 1st respondent and forwarded to the 2nd respondent herein and consequently directing the 2nd respondent to investigate to file a final report.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. On a reading of the complaint dated 16.07.2015, it appears that the complaint does not disclose any cognisable offence. Hence, no positive direction can be issued as prayed for by the petitioner. In view of the above, this criminal original petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to workout his remedy in the manner known to law.
