This petition has been filed to amend the prayer in W.P.No.9513 of 2018 as "For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, it is prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue a WRIT or ORDER or DIRECTION in the nature of a WRIT OF MANDAMUS directing the respondents 1 to 4 & 6 to pay a compensation to the tune of Rs.40,00,000/- for causing death of son namely, Mr.K.Malligarjuna Rao, son of Late V.Krishnan, aged 35 years, who died on 28.09.2016 at Canara Bank Colony, Gandhi Nagar, Saligramam by falling down and drenching in the pit dug by the Respondents 1 to 4 and left open as a negligent act caused by them and may pass any other order of orders as this Hon'ble Court may deed fit and proper to the facts and circumstances of the case and thus render justice."
