The present miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 117 days in filing this criminal revision against the order dated 02.09.2023 made in C.M.P.No.9942 of 2023 in (CNR No.TNCHOF-0149672023) in Cr.No.216 of 2021, on the file of the Metropolitan Magistrate Court for CCB / CBCID cases, Egmore, Chennai.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the first respondent and the learned counsel for the second respondent have no objection for this petition being allowed.

Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition stands allowed.

4. Registry is directed to number the criminal revision, if the papers are otherwise in order and post the main case for admission.
