ORDER

The wife has come before this Court seeking transfer of G.W.O.P.No.23 of 2014 filed by the respondent on the file of the District Judge, Tirupur, seeking custody of the minor child, who is in the custody of the petitioner.

The learned counsel appearing for the respondent-husband has got no objection for transfer. Hence, G.W.O.P.No.23 of 2014 is withdrawn from the file of the District Judge, Tirupur and is transferred to the file of the District Judge, Erode. On transfer, the learned District Judge, Erode is directed to dispose of the above G.W.O.P.No.23 of 2014 within four months thereafter. The petition is ordered. No costs.
