ORDER

This writ petition is filed seeking a direction to the 1st respondent to take appropriate action against the 5th respondent by considering the representation of the petitioner herein dated 27.6.2016.

2. When the case was taken up, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted relief sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous. He also made an endorsement in the bundle to that effect.

3. Such view of the matter, this writ petition stands dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs.
