PRAYER: Civil Revision Petition filed under Section 115 of Civil Procedure Code, against the order dated 14.08.2018 made in E.P.No.4 of 2018 in L.A.O.P.No.8 of 2000 on the file of the Sub Court, Ariyalur. For Petitioners : Mr.A.Sivaji For R1 : Mr.Gogulakrishnan R2 : No appearance COMMON ORDER (The matter is heard through "Video-conferencing") Mr.M.Jaisingh, the learned counsel representing Mr.A.Sivaji, the learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the Civil Revision Petitions are filed challenging the execution proceedings, in the lower Court, the amounts have already been deposited and all the Execution Petitions were dismissed. Therefore, he seeks permission of this Court to withdraw all the Civil Revision Petitions and he has also circulated a letter dated 23.12.2021 addressed to the Registry to that effect. 2.In view of the above submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the letter addressed to the Registry, all 2/4
