This petition is listed today under the caption 'for being mentioned' at the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioner.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner brought to the notice of this Court that in para 1 of the order in Crl.M.P.No.5051 of 2019 in Crl.O.P.No.7724 of 2019, it has been wrongly mentioned as relaxation instead of modification.

3.Accepting the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, para No.1 of the order shall be read as follows:

"This petition has been filed for modification of the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.7724 of 2019 on 205.03.2019."

4.In all other aspects, the earlier order shall prevail.

21.06.2019 Note: Registry is directed to carry out the above said correction and issue fresh corrected copy of the order to the petitioner on 24.06.2019.
