ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for a direction directing the second respondent to adhere the guidelines issued by the Reserve Bank of India and waive the compound interest, interest on interest and penal interest in respect of the credit card No.4854980603936727 of the petitioner.

2. The case of the petitioner is that he was affected with COVID 19 and as such, he was not able to pay the amount, which was used through his credit card. Now the petitioner seeks for waiver of interest during the COVID19 period. The request made by the petitioner cannot be considered and this Court is not inclined to issue any direction to waive the interest. Therefore the writ petition itself is devoid of merits and is liable to be dismissed.
