The petitioner herein is facing criminal prosecution and complaint after giving representation to the Senior Police Official has approached this Court with an allegation that the police are harassing him. 1/3

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) states that a complaint been received against this petitioner and the police wants to enquire about that, without co-operating with the enquiry, the petitioner has approached this Court.

3. In the light of the above submissions, this Court finds that no merits in this petition. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
