This petition is filed to bring on record the legal heirs of the deceased second petitioner and rank them as third petitioner and respondents 3 & 4 in the above petition.

2.The learned counsel for the respondents did not raise any serious objection and this Court is satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition. Hence, this petition is allowed. 3.The Registry is directed to carryout necessary amendments in the C.R.P.No.2240 of 2020 and list the matter for final hearing after four weeks.
