ORDER

The prayer made in this writ petition is to issue a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records relating to the impugned order of the second respondent in Na.Ka.No.2434/2014-V dated 27.05.2016 and quash the same and further, direct the respondents to appoint the petitioner in any suitable post on compassionate grounds with all consequential benefits.

2.Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned Additional Government Pleader produced a copy of the communication in Na.Ka.No.4178/2015/Tho.Ve.Sa (2) dated 24.03.2021 sent by the second respondent to her, wherein, it is stated that after the death of the petitioner's husband, the petitioner got employment as Noon Meal Organiser and also re-married. Thus, according to the learned counsel, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition.

3.Recording the aforesaid submissions made by the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, this writ petition stands closed. No costs.
