Instant Application in A.No.2277 of 2023 has been filed by the applicant/plaintiff in the suit, seeking leave of the Court to produce the additional documents mentioned in the Judges summons.
2. According to the applicant, the documents now produced by him were not in his possession, when the suit was filed. The documents are relating to weighment slip and other warehouse receipts.
3. The learned counsel for the plaintiff submits that the documents which are mentioned in the Judges summons are necessary to prove his case.
