This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.6662 of 2023 on 28.03.2023 to report before the Respondent Police Station everyday at 10:30 a.m until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police every Monday at 10:30 a.m Until further orders.
